CANCELLATION POLICY
At Hair Therapy with Ashleigh, each session is personalized and reserved just for you. A 50% deposit is required for all bookings and goes toward your total. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or for no-shows. This policy helps protect my time, and ensures every guest receives the full Hair Therapy experience. Need to reschedule? No problem—just let me know at least 24 hours in advance and your deposit will transfer to your new date! Thank you for valuing my time as much as I value yours. Can’t wait to see you glow!
